We want you to love what you order from Pollywog Cabin! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds:

👒 Hats & Apparel

  • Returns & Exchanges Accepted: You may return or exchange hats within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

🍪 Food Products

  • Returns Accepted Only If Unopened: Due to health and safety regulations, food items must be unopened and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Damaged Items: If your food product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.

    • Just send us a photo and proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.

📦 General Guidelines

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
